Week 3 of the 2025 HS Season and the opening night of Big Rivers Conference play features two long time rivals. The Hudson Raiders (2-0) travel to Williams Stadium to take on the Menomonie Mustangs (2-0) at 7pm. Hudson comes in to the game off a home victory last week over Wausau West 30-14. Menomonie also comes in to the game off a win last week 30-16 at Marshfield. Last season these two teams matched up in an overtime thriller at Hudson with Menomonie winning 37-35. It was the first Menomonie win over Hudson since 2019. The last time Hudson played Menomonie on the road was in 2023 with the Raiders winning 46-22. The last 10 times these teams have met Menomonie holds a 6-4 advantage. The last 20 years these two teams have met since Hudson coach Adam Kowles took over in 2005, Hudson holds an 11-9 advantage.
